Brush on the Liner Instead of using liquid or pencil eyeliner, I use an angled brush and a dark eyeshadow as a liner. You can use all different colors and it’s a snap to apply. I use CosRX Centella Blemish Cream and my face glows. For the price I enjoy it. I don’t really like to use a lot of actives in my toners anyway because for me pH is the most important. Waterproof Options

This really isn’t a full list, but a collection of products that I have found that work well with water. The Kiko Cosmetics colored eyeliners don’t come off in the shower unless I really scrub with eye makeup remover. I wore Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper (the one with the brush tip) into a wet sauna for 15 minutes and a hot tub and my eyeliner still looked flawless at the end. Dry Skin And Makeup

For the cheap end concealer I like Almay Clear Complexion Concealer. You can pick it up at places like CVS. If your skin is really dry, drug store concealer might not be the best to use, because it has 1.0% salicylic acid in it. It hasn’t bothered me though, and doesn’t overly cling to dry patches. Correcting Hooded Eyes

Dealing with hooded eyes can be a hassle, liner imprints when you blink etc.. Mine are very unevenly hooded and it drives me nuts. It took a long time and experimenting a lot with various shadow and liner techniques and placements until I was happy. My Daily Makeup Routine

I usually just wear: concealer, eyeliner, mascara, and lipstick. Concealer is a little bit difficult to put on due to the dryness. I’m using Almay Clear Complexion Concealer because it’s honestly just the cheapest one I could get at CVS! I’ve had the most success with putting on a medium-to-thin layer of moisturizer.
